If you decide to place items in the store, profits will be collected in a single PayPal during the weekend and transferred to you Monday morning using the PayPal email address you provided. If you prefer another form of money transfer, please email us at info@thedigicon.com. TheDigiCon.com uses a secure merchant program which tracks all purchases. All PayPal (money transfer) fees from items sold on TheDigiCon.com will be deducted from the seller’s profit. TheDigiCon.com does not take a portion of your profit. Aside from PayPal fees, it is free to list your items. Any money donated by you to cover the cost of hosting your items in the store, and putting together DigiCon (hosting fees, advertising, etc.) will also be applied to the next DigiCon (date TBD). NSFW images/products are allowed, however we reserve the right to cover objectionable content in the thumbnail and your item will be posted with an NSFW tag. By posting items/sketches/art on TheDigiCon.com, you agree that you are upholding all copyright laws. TheDigiCon.com and it’s affiliates are not responsible for any copyright breach, but wil do our best to remove content that violates copyright as soon as possible. TheDigiCon.com reserves the right to display any art submitted by you, on the site for advertising purposes. This may include being featured in our gallery, on the home page slider and in other misc. advertising. Lastly, if you can’t make your scheduled time, please email us in advance so we can change the schedule. This ensures no one wastes their time and we all have fun.If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot participate in DigiCon. We hope that you do though, it’ll be a lot of fun!

Registration for DigiCon requires a registration fee. Before 10/31/11, the fee is $5. After 10/31/11 the fee is $10. Registration will close on 2/2/12. This fee gets your banner on our Guests page, a link to your website and your bio. This fee also entitles you to sell your products (shirts, prints, books, original art, etc.) in the DigiCon Store. This registration fee is being used to cover the cost of hosting DigiCon, and upgrades to the software, as well as advertising prior to the Con. We will be doing a variety of advertising via Facebook, Project Wonderful and Google. This small fee will ensure that DigiCon is well-attended and has the technology necessary to successfully handle a large group. The fee is due at the time of registration (completion of this form). Additionally, sponsorships on the main page of DigiCon are also available for $20, which includes all of the above mentioned benefits plus a 234x60px linked banner on the sidebar of the main page and listing as an official Sponsor.
